Return & Restock Policies
A common problem that can be avoided is ordering the wrong size or the wrong voltage/current product. It is important to carefully measure your space before purchasing. Determine if your product will run on natural gas, propane, or electricity. For electrical equipment, be sure to purchase products with the proper voltage rating.
DEFECTIVE APPLIANCES:
Most products sold by Fast Appliances come with a 90 days parts/labor manufacturer’s warranty. Fast Appliances is an authorized service partner for most of the brands of equipment we sell. If the product is defective upon arrival, please call our service department:
DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
Upon delivery or collection, inspect the product for damage or missing parts. You will be asked to sign an invoice stating the device is in good condition. If the product is damaged, please contact the shipping department immediately. If you purchase an LG product, you must notify the shipping department of any damage before departure so that action can be taken. report to the delivery department within 72 hours of receiving the product. If the shipping department is not contacted within these deadlines, we will not be held responsible for damaged or missing items. Any dents or dents, refurbished or unpacked items are sold as is and without warranty of appearance.
ELECTRONICS:
Regularly in-stock items may be returned in their original, unused and unopened packaging within 7 days of original purchase for a full refund less original shipping charges. Custom-made products and unpackaged electronics cannot be returned.
