Roosevelt is the greatest. Our dryer went out on a Saturday and we called Fast Appliances Repair. He was able to fit us in first thing on Monday. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary part. He was back as soon as it came in and had the dryer up and running. I definitely recommend.

When my oven broke, Roosevelt provided same day service, diagnosed the problem in minutes and ordered the needed parts right there. They arrived within 2 days, and he made a special trip at the end of the day to do the repairs. This is a great business, and I'd recommend it to anyone with a broken appliance.

When my dishwasher started leaking, I started looking for someone to fix it. Fast Appliances Repair had amazing reviews, so I decided to give them a shot. I submitted an appointment request mid-day and didn't expect to hear back until at least the following day, so imagine my surprise when I got a call within half an hour.
Within an hour, Roosevelt was knocking on my door. Unfortunately, he couldn't replicate the problem while he was here, but as soon as he left it started leaking again (of course haha). When I called him back and let him know, he came back out within a couple of hours and was able to determine the issue.
He had to order parts and warned us that because it was close to the holidays, it might take several days to come in. Again, I was pleasantly surprised when two days later he called and set an appointment to come out. It took him less than an hour to fix and he did a couple of extra repairs that he noticed without charging us any extra. He went WELL above and beyond and I will recommend him to anyone who needs their appliance fixed.
If I could give him 10 stars, I would.

Called around to get our gas dryer repaired and Roosevelt with Fast Appliance Repair was the first to answer and was friendly, professional and efficient from start to finish. Scheduled my appointment for the following day 11-2 and let me know he would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. He called around 9:30 to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and could come earlier if it worked for me.
Roosevelt went right to work diagnosing the dryer. He let me know what had failed, what the cost would be (which was very reasonable) and that he had the part with him. Short time later he demonstrated that the dryer was running great.
